SP model is designed to have a low-cost solution, mantaining a concept of strength and time durability. This machine is suitable for small workshops, laboratory and for all small repair works. The key-components of the machine are selected in order to maintain a final product according high quality level. The welding construction integrate the dust collector in order to have a compact solution. SP1311 can be equipped also with pressure vessel.
P-S model is designed to have a massive-use solution, based on a concept of strength and time durability. This machine is suitable for manual or automatic operations thanks to the additional accessories that can be installed. The structure is correctly stiffened in order to accept also heavy parts (heavy duty design). The internal walls of the chamber are lined with rubber sheets (thickness 3 mm) in order to prevent the machine wear and reduce the noise level. The machine is designed to works with corundum, glass beads, ceramic beads, plastic granulates, nut shells. The lighting is placed on the roof of the cabin (far to the operator window not to disturb the operator visibility), protected with safety glass. The operator station is equipped with two glasses (one externally fixed on the welding construction thanks a rubber sealing and one internally on a structure easy to replace).
PP-SS model is designed to have a massive-use solution, based on a concept of strength and time durability. The chamber dimensions are the same of P-S models; PP-SS are equipped with single pressure vessel. PP-SC model is used in case of metallic shot media (too heavy for the vacuum system of PP-SS model) or in case of high flow of shots. The machine is equipped with a single pressure vessel. PP-SS and PP-SC can be also designed according customer’s needs. We can integrate special accessories and we can produce chambers with specific dimensions and multiple stations for operators.
